Mark Parks was a referral. I’d never met him. But I dropped a difficult task in his lap on July 4, 2019 when I hired him as my agent to sell my Atlanta home. The conditions: A quick, as-is cash sale by August 31, 2019. Not a day later than that! I was not interested keeping up mortgage payments for an empty house and driving up and down I-85 to maintain it.

I was in an unique situation: I was going to post my house for sale a few days before leaving for a pre-arranged overseas trip and I only had a couple of weeks to fix the place up before doing so.
